Datamellon AI Ignite Pitch Competition
We're thrilled to share some exciting news highlighting our company's commitment to fostering innovation, spearheaded by our incredible founder, Amitty.
On Saturday, March 26th, our amazing founder, Amitty, was selected to be a judge at Datamellon's prestigious AI Ignite accelerator program right here in Nairobi! This significant event, hosted by Datamellon – a leader in AI, Big Data, and Cloud consulting – underscores their dedication to nurturing African talent by offering a substantial $100,000 in funding to promising AI startups.
Amitty was enthusiastic about the opportunity, stating, "I'm excited to announce I'll be judging Datamellon's AI Ignite accelerator program this Saturday in Nairobi, Kenya." This involvement directly reflects our company's ethos of supporting cutting-edge technology and empowering the next generation of innovators.
The pitch competition aimed to identify the top three contenders who would then advance to the African finals at Gitex Africa in Morocco. Alongside a distinguished panel of judges including Emmanuel Ezehiwele MBA, CRM., Wale Adedeji, Sam Adekunle, Florence Yula, Florent Nduwayezu, Nakoli Omwodo, and Timothy Laku, MBA, Amitty eagerly engaged with the participating startups, evaluating their groundbreaking solutions.
The event proved to be a resounding success! Amitty shared their excitement following the intense pitch battle: "What an incredible pitch battle! Huge congrats to Jenga App, Vambo AI | Multilingual Intelligence, and LimaBot AI for snagging their tickets to Marrakech! 🔥 The talent was off the charts, and as a judge, I had a blast! 😉
This experience not only positioned our founder as a key figure in the African AI landscape but also reinforced our company's presence and dedication to the burgeoning tech ecosystem in Kenya and beyond. Amitty's participation and enthusiasm truly embody our commitment to a bright AI future for Kenya and Africa as a whole.

African Innovation Den
We're excited to share an update on our incredible founder, Amitty Peace, and her recent impactful involvement in the African startup ecosystem.
As you may recall, Amitty was selected to be a judge on Africa Innovation Den, a fantastic platform presented by SPC Universe aimed at democratizing angel investing and giving crucial visibility to early-stage founders. This opportunity truly showcased the high regard and respect Amitty commands within the African innovation space.
Amitty brought her wealth of experience and insightful perspective to the judging panel, focusing on startup resilience and providing honest, constructive feedback to help guide investment decisions. Think of it as "Shark Tank" with a vibrant African flair!
Throughout her time as a judge, Amitty had the privilege of witnessing pitches from a diverse range of promising startups, helping to assess which should make it for the gran finale in July. Which will be help in Nairobi during African Innovation Week.
Amitty successfully closed out her participation in the final African Innovation Den session, leaving a lasting impression on the participating startups and the wider ecosystem. We are immensely proud of Amitty's dedication to nurturing African innovation and her commitment to supporting the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.
